Plan work you can actually finish
The starting example contains ten posts across two weeks, with the weekend left open. It describes a fictional issue-tracking product; replace the topics and owners with your own. A full calendar is less useful than a plan with enough time to produce and review each asset.
The date picker changes the schedule while keeping the gaps between posts. Dates are calendar dates, not scheduled publishing times. The CSV does not connect to or publish on any social account.
Make the plan yours
- Choose the first date and replace the example topics.
- Assign a person who can finish or review each asset. A team name alone can leave the next action unclear.
- Use the status field to distinguish a rough draft from something reviewed.
- Download the CSV and open it in a spreadsheet. Your edits stay in this tab until you leave or refresh; export before closing.
What should a post teach you?
Give the campaign one learning question, such as whether readers understand how a report becomes an assigned issue. Keep the rest of the product story consistent enough to learn from responses. A download is a plan, not a promise of reach or engagement.
