Plan a two-week content campaign around one useful workflow

Choose a learning question, reuse real assets and leave time for review. Includes a complete fictional campaign example.

Choose one question

Start with what the reader should understand after the campaign. For a fictional issue tracker, the question might be: can a new reader explain how one bug report becomes an issue with an owner? That is more useful for planning than a vague requirement to post every day.

Select a workflow you can demonstrate truthfully. List the inputs, decisions and resulting output. If the product cannot do a step, explain the limitation instead of designing a fictional capability into the campaign.

Make an asset inventory

Gather one complete example report, a screen recording, a resulting issue, the questions a reader may ask and the limitations that need explaining. Use synthetic data for public examples. These assets can support several posts with different purposes without turning each post into a copy of the last.

A walkthrough explains the sequence. A checklist helps the reader prepare the input. An FAQ resolves a question. A troubleshooting post explains what to do when a step fails. Give each format a separate job.

Schedule the review, not just the post

  • Choose a start date in the calendar builder.
  • Assign each post an owner and a format.
  • Check whether the required screenshot or recording actually exists.
  • Leave time before publication for factual and export review.
  • Prepare a useful fallback post for a missing asset; leaving a slot open is also acceptable.

A complete example

The downloadable template contains ten fictional posts across two weeks. Week one introduces the report, explains useful fields, answers a guest-access question, demonstrates the workflow and covers a missing screenshot. Week two covers prioritization, a copyable checklist, product limits, reproduction steps and a recap.

Treat the example as planning material, not a recommendation that this frequency is optimal. Replace the channels and topics to fit your audience and production capacity.

Learn without inventing attribution

Keep the campaign's learning question alongside the results. Comments can reveal confusion; completed actions can show whether a next step was useful. Neither proves that a post caused a sale without suitable measurement.

Record missing data as unknown. Use the next batch to answer unresolved questions or improve an existing explanation. Repeating the planning loop should improve the resource, rather than merely increase the posting count.

3-day trial on any plan. A card is required; you’re not charged today. Cancel before it ends to avoid the plan charge.
